§ Mr. RedheadMy right hon. Friend has received numerous representations from individual companies and from industrial and commercial organisations. He has replied that he is concerned about the effect on exports of delays at the docks, and that he is working closely with my right hon. Friends the Ministers of Transport and Labour to find a solution.

Mr. Godman Irvineasked the President of the Board of Trade what estimate he has made of the loss of exports during the six months ended on 31st October through cancellation of orders because of late delivery and for other reasons arising out of industrial disputes at the London Docks and other docks.
