§ Mr. du CannThe United States Treasury have published draft amendements to the American antidumping regulations which apply to imports of all goods from all sources. Sixty days are allowed for comment on these regulations and my officials are studying them urgently; we have reservations about a number of features. For our part, we already have powers under the Customs Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act 1957.
