§ Mr. MarplesThe Report is to be published tomorrow. The Committee under the chairmanship of my noble Friend the Parliamentary Secretary has done a most useful job and I am generally in agreement with its recommendations. One of these is that the Royal Automobile Club and the Auto-Cycle Union should be invited to act as my agents for the control of the 65W majority of motor sporting events. I am glad to say that both have agreed in principle to undertake the task. Draft Regulations based on the Committee's proposals will be circulated to interested organisations for comment as soon as possible.
