Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now agree to meet in Scotland in the near future a deputation consisting of the Provost and Town Clerk of Stornoway, the Chairman and Clerk of Lewis and of Harris District Councils and the hon. Member for the Western Isles to discuss the special problems of the Lewis and Harris area.
