§ Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Aviation if he will give the amount paid in interest charges on money borrowed by British European Airways and the British Overseas Airways Corporation in each of the years from 1951 to 1963, and the rate of interest in each of those years.
§ Mr. MartenThe amounts and rates are as follows:
164Wat first band of the economic progress being made in all three countries and of present and future developments. I was able to demonstrate our interest in these developments and our desire that British firms should play an active part in them by supplying equipment and know-how. Opportunities for doing so certainly exist throughout the area. I consider this to have been a most useful visit.
