§ Mr. W. Hamilton
asked the Minister of Public Building and Works when he hopes to implement his proposal to 9W establish a building research and information association; and what co-operation in this project he is receiving from the building and civil engineering industry in Scotland.

§ Mr. Sharples
As to the first part of the Question, I have nothing at present to add to my right hon. Friend's Answer to the hon. Member for the City of Chester (Mr. Temple) on 10th March. Consultations will, of course, cover the building and civil engineering industry in Scotland.
