§ Mr. RamsdenThe reorganisation will be substantially completed by the end of 1964, although overseas commitments which have arisen since it was announced will delay certain aspects of it. After the reorganization, the fully posted strength of the British Army of the Rhine will be in excess of 55,000 men but the actual strength will be qualified by the general level of recruiting and the military demands of other overseas theatres.
