Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Transport if he will make a statement on the action of the Federal Maritime Commission of America in attempting to impose freight contract terms on 237W British shipowners; and what steps he proposes to take to preserve British rights and to protect shipowners who continue to carry out the terms of their contracts with their customers.
