§ 1. Miss Quennellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many supplementary courses were run by his Department last year for teachers of educationally sub-normal children.
§ Mr. ChatawayFour supplementary and special advanced courses were provided in 1962–63 exclusively for teachers of educationally sub-normal children. There were also 13 courses in the teaching of handicapped pupils (other than the blind, deaf and partially hearing), all of which emphasised the teaching of the educationally sub-normal.
