§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has studied the report by preventive detainees on conditions in Nottingham Prison, a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mr. BrookeI have received a document purporting to have been written by a group of prisoners in Nottingham Prison. It is mainly concerned with the allocation of vacancies at prison hostels and with the recommendations of my Advisory Council in its Report on Preventive Detention. I have taken note of the views expressed in it.
