§ Mr. HeathSince February of this year my Department has received eighteen communications asking for such 97W legislation, of which nine came through Members of this House. Of the total, nine were from or on behalf of Trade Associations or individual traders, and nine from or on behalf of consumers.
§ Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development whether Her Majesty's Government intend to take steps to control the operations of stamp trading companies.
