§ Mr. MarplesI regret that I cannot provide the precise information asked for, but I understand from British Railways that in 1962 their cross-Channel services to the Continent were delayed for periods of 6 hours or more, or were otherwise disrupted by bad weather, on 13 occasions. No figures are available for the services of other operators.
