§ Sir J. Gilmourasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the future of the Tenancy of Shops (Scotland) Act, 1949.
§ Mr. NobleI hope in due course to introduce legislation making permanent the provisions of the Tenancy of Shops (Scotland) Act, 1949. It is proposed that this Act should be kept in force meantime by the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill.
