§ Mr. Crowderasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to provide that no one will be called for jury service who has not been domiciled in this country for at least 12 years.
§ Mr. BrookeI will bring my hon. Friend's suggestion to the attention of the Departmental Committee which, under the Chairmanship of Lord Morris of Borth-y-Gest, is now considering whether any changes are desirable in the qualifications for and exemptions from jury service.
