§ Mr. Abseasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he is aware of the hardship caused to residents at Trevethin, Pontypool, by the refusal of his Department to approve a tender for a shopping centre; and whether he will now expedite the approval, to enable building to commence without further delay.
