§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Lord Privy Seal, in view of the recent refusal of the Italian authorities to permit a deputy of the Tyrolean Diet to travel from East to North Tyrol by way of the Puster Valley, what steps he has taken to draw the violation of Article 10(1) of the Italian Peace Treaty to the attention of the parties concerned.
§ Mr. HeathNo incident of this nature has been brought to the notice of Her Majesty's Government by either of the parties concerned. In any case disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of this kind of provision in the Italian Peace Treaty are in the first place a matter for direct negotiation between the parties.
