§ Mr. NobleMy right hon. Friend, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and I have now decided that, subject to certain constructional standards and to the normal tests of eligibility, wholly slatted floors in buildings required to house store and beef cattle may be approved for hill farming and livestock rearing land improvement and farm improvement grants.
