§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe discussions held during this week have been between the two Governments concerned. If the right hon. Gentleman is referring to the Conference in Africa to which I referred in my statement of 21st May, then the constitution of the delegation representing the Southern Rhodesia Government must be a matter for decision by that Government.
