§ Mr. ChatawayMy right hon. Friend is aware of the shortage of accommodation at the Brecon Girls' Grammar School and he regrets that a building project to deal with it could not be included in the 1964–65 major school building programme for Wales. The programme is intended, in Wales as in England, primarily to meet urgent needs for new school places and to complete the reorganisation of all-age schools. The programme for Wales as a whole is somewhat larger than in recent years.
