§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has studied the circular issued by the Educational Institute of Scotland, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Coatbridge and Airdrie, which concerns his failure to implement in full the findings of the independent tribunal of arbiters; if he will now incorporate those findings in the final draft regulations; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. NobleI shall consider most carefully the circular referred to, along with any other representations which I may receive before 23rd June on the draft Salaries Regulations, which I published after complying fully with statutory requirements. Until I have considered all the representations, I cannot say what the final decisions will be.
