MacphersonAs such matters are not determined in respect of diseases as such, there is no list of diseases held to be attributable to, or capable of being aggravated by, service in the Armed Forces. What has to be determined under the provisions of the Royal Warrants is whether or not, in the particular circumstances of each individual case, the disease from which a man is suffering could, or could not, be held to be attributable to, or aggravated by service.
