§ 71. Dr. Dickson Mabonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the plans and estimated costs of the extension to the Watt Memorial College, Greenock, have been submitted and approved.
§ Mr. NoblePlans and estimated costs of an extension proposed on a small area of ground at the Boom Defence Depot, Greenock, have now been submitted. I have not yet been able to approve them as I have had to refer a planning aspect of the proposal to Greenock Town Council. as local planning authority. Subject to their reply, I would hope to issue approval without delay.
