§ Mr. MarplesThe shipping and shipbuilding industries are now considering the matter among themselves, and I hope to have their initial reactions shortly. I think that before the end of the year it should be possible to decide whether the time has come to build a nuclear-powered ship. If it is decided to build, and if all went well, the ship could be at sea in 1967.
