§ Mr. GodberI would refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer which my right hon. Friend gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall) on 15th May. I do not expect the arrangements agreed in Lisbon to have any material effect on Britain's trade with the Commonwealth.
