§ Mr. R. CarrThe British contributions in money to the United Nations technical assistance funds have been increased and continue to be second only16W to those of the United States. Our contribution of experts and training is probably greater than anyone's. Moreover, the whole of the work of my Department, which is increasing, is devoted to the objectives of the United Nations Development Decade.
