§ 43. Mr. Talbotasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs, whether, in view of the accelerated programme of 17W slum clearance, he will introduce legislation to advance the date after which owner occupiers receive no better compensation than landlords, particularly in view of the alteration in local authority plans, which makes it difficult to discover which properties are liable to action under the Housing Acts.
