§ 50. Mr. Popplewellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs when he will give his decision on the Newcastle-upon-Tyne Corporation's application for a compulsory purchase order for the Molineux Street area, the public inquiry into which took place on 20th November, 1962; and if he is aware that the delay in giving his decision on this is seriously affecting the corporation's rehousing programme.
