§ Mr. NobleThe Glasgow-Stirling trunk road for which I am responsible has dual carriageways from Glasgow to the junction with the classified road leading to Croy. The improvement of classified roads from Croy to this junction, or to Glasgow via other routes, is the responsibility of the local highway authorities.
