§ Mr. SandysThe Customs Agreement, 1910, which providesinter alia for the duty-free exchange of goods and products between the High Commission Territories and the Republic of South Africa, continues in force. I understand that the Republic is considering putting forward a proposal for revision, the details of which I have not yet received.
