Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if, in accordance with the practice of Her Majesty's Government regarding the employment of labour on a non-racial basis, he will introduce legislation requiring local authorities to include in all contracts they enter into a clause requiring the adoption of such practices by contractors.
