§ Mr. Denzil FreethMy right hon. Friend, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, has already announced the decision to make a loan to the Tees Conservancy Commissioners for developments at Lackenby Dock. As to an airport for Tees-side, negotiations are at present in train which I hope will result in the Royal Air Force Station at Middleton St. George being available for some scheduled services by civil airlines.
