§ Mr. Kelleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware that on 2nd May an unlined tanker, 108W loaded with 2,000 gallons of hydrochloric acid at Widnes, Lancashire, was sent on a journey across England endangering the lives of many people; and what steps he will take to ensure that such journeys do not occur in future.
