§ Mr. SoamesWe shall be looking at United Kingdom agriculture as a whole, but I can assure my hon. and gallant Friend that we shall have in mind the considerations to which he refers. I would remind him that special grants are already available to help farmers in Northern Ireland and those in livestock rearing areas and to assist small farmers with businesses that are capable of being put on a sound footing.
