§ Mr. Robert Jenkinsasked the First Secretary of State, having regard to the Nyasaland Government's policy of providing a crash programme of Africanisation of the courts of justice and the police force in Nyasaland, whether he will insist on the setting up in Nyasaland, as a condition of the grant of independence, of extra-territorial British Courts to which Federal citizens may resort.
