§ Mr. Duffyasked the Minister of Labour what action he is taking to find new jobs for those who will be redundant following the proposed closure by Joseph Clare, Limited, and its removal to Salford, of the French Dye Works which has operated at Greenfield, Saddleworth, for more than two centuries.
§ Mr. HareI understand that all the workers have been offered employment with the firm at Salford, but my local officers will do all they can to find work for any who register with them.
