§ 71. Mr. W. Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what response there has been from local authorities consequent on the circulation of the Scottish Development Department Circular No. 16/1963.
§ Mr. NobleI have received specific proposals from one local authority since Circular No. 16/1963 was issued on 5th April. The Circular however invited returns by 20th May and I understand that a number of local authorities in those areas most affected are preparing schemes.
