§ Mr. MawbyThe main purpose of the experimental reorganisation of parcel post services in East Anglia is to improve the reliability of the service and reduce costs. British Railways are collaborating in the experiment and will be carrying bulk loads of parcel mails between the major concentration centres in the area.
