§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will give the names of the countries which are now more than two years in arrears with their contribution to the United Nations Regular Budget and Special Budget, respectively, and the period and amount of arrears in each case.
§ Mr. P. ThomasThe following table shows which countries were on 31st March this year liable to lose their vote under Article 19 of the Charter of the United Nations because their arrears totalled more than two years' contributions:
