§ Mr. BrookeThe Government intend to take steps to increase the penalties for offences against the Public Meeting Act 1908 and Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1936 as soon as a suitable opportunity occurs. The hon. Member will not expect me to anticipate the details of future legislation.
