§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsAs the hon. Member will be aware from the reply I gave her on 1st April, officers of Food and Drugs authorities, as part of their normal enforcement work, sample and analyse fruit and vegetables as well as other foods offered or sold for human consumption to determine among other things whether pesticides residues are present.
