§ Dr. A. Thompsonasked the Civil Lord of the Admiralty whether he will make a statement on the progress of his plans for improvements in the living accommodation of apprentices at Rosyth.
§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingA review of training requirements has confirmed the need for this accommodation and the project is now being progressed as speedily as possible. Because of the review, we could not start construction work as soon as we had originally hoped, but the Ministry of Public Building and Works now expect that they will be able to start construction work at the end of the present financial year.
