53. Mr. Driberg

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in the light of the recent inclement weather, he will set up a committee representing the Ministers of Transport, Power, Housing and Local Government, and Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the fuel industries, the local authorities, the horticultural interests, the architectural profession, the building industry, the appropriate trade unions, and others specially concerned, to consider and report on means of more effective protection against future severe winters.
