§ Mr. WoodhouseBefore considering the making of regulations my right hon. Friend intends to see how far the voluntary approvals scheme of the British Electrical Approvals Board for Domestic Appliances can secure an improvement in the standard of electric kettles which may be unsatisfactory in this or other respects.
