§ Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many jobs will be created as the result of the recent decision to invest £10 million in Scottish development projects.
§ Mr. NobleWhile it is not possible to give a precise estimate I expect that the additional £10 million of capital investment which I announced on 14th March will provide employment for about 2,000 men for approximately 18 months to two years.
