§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsWe are aware that the recent cold weather has caused heavy losses of oysters. But the powers given by the Sea Fisheries Act, 1962, are limited to areas affected by pests and diseases. When the precise extent of the losses can be seen my right hon. Friend will consider whether there is anything that can be done.
