§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will name the local authorities in whose areas temporary dwellings represent more than 5 per cent. of the total housing stock available to the local authority, giving in each case the number of dwellings, and the number of temporary dwellings.
§ Mr. CorfieldAccording to the latest statistics published by the Institute of Municipal Treasurers and Accountants (which cover 1106 of the 1469 housing authorities in England and Wales) there are 206 local authorities in whose area temporary dwellings represent more than 5 per cent. of the total housing stock available to the local authority.
