§ Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Minister of Power whether he will issue a direction to the Central Electricity Generating Board to spend the large sums allowed to them for capital expenditure primarily on conventional power stations generating maximum power at an economic cost, in view of the experience of the last month.
