§ Mr. ErrollEstimates of expenditure under the Local Employment Act are182W not prepared separately by country, but the amounts spent in Scotland were £3.4 million in 1960–61, £18.5 million in 1961–62 and £11.1 million in 1962–63 (eleven months ended 28th February), representing 29, 56 and 60 per cent. respectively of total expenditure.
