§ 83. Mr. Liptonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will recommend the remission of the sentences of imprisonment now being served by Mr. Brendan Mulholland and Mr. Reginald Foster.
§ Mr. BrookeI have carefully considered the circumstances of these cases and the representations which have been made to me, but on the information at present before me I regret to say that I can find no grounds to justify my recommending the exercise of the Royal Prerogative to remit these sentences.
