§ 91. Mr Holtasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the reduced expenditure on M.6 in Lancashire, he will compensate for this reduced spending on a major route carrying long-distance traffic by increasing the expenditure on urgent schemes needed for improving other trunk routes of the county.
